Bio
Jerome Saddler is a San Francisco native and dedicated education and athletics leader with more than two decades of experience spanning coaching, athletic administration, and student development. A multi-sport athlete, Jerome played baseball and football at City College of San Francisco, where he was part of the 2003 Junior College Football National Championship team. He went on to compete as a dual-sport athlete at Mississippi Valley State University, where he ran indoor track and continued his baseball career.
Jerome holds a Master of Science in Education and Sport Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from San Francisco State University. His career has taken him from the dugout to the front office, from the classroom to the commission table. He served as Assistant General Manager of the San Rafael Pacifics Professional Baseball Club, driving significant revenue growth across ticket sales, sponsorships, and concessions. He has held roles as Associate Director of Athletics at Lincoln University of California and as a Gallard Teaching Fellow at The Branson School, an independent high school in Ross, California.
Currently, Jerome serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Academic Mentor at Solano Community College. He was also recently appointed by the Novato City Council to serve as a Commissioner on the Parks, Recreation & Community Services Commission. Jerome holds NASM and NFHS credentials at multiple levels and remains committed to closing opportunity gaps and elevating the student-athlete experience.
