Fairfield, Calif. - Sophomore Sterlen Thomas was nearly perfect from the field to lead the Falcons to their second-straight win with a 92-87 victory over Contra Costa on Friday evening.
Thomas shot 11-of-12 from the field, including shooting perfect from beyond the arc five times, and going four-of-five from the line for his 31 points. He added eight boards and five assists.
Freshman Jordan Adams hit 11 of his 13 free throw attempts for 17 points with six rebounds and four assists.
Solano (4-16, 2-7) head to Yuba next on Wednesday, Jan. 30 for a 7:30 p.m. matchup.
