The Solano College beach volleyball team delivered a strong overall performance against College of the Siskiyous, earning a convincing victory by winning four of the five pairings in a competitive matchup. Solano set the tone early with dominant straight-set wins in the top flights, showcasing depth, consistency, and poise across the lineup.
The No. 1 pair of Guintu/Reyes controlled their match from start to finish, defeating Moala/Speasl 21-10, 21-11. At No. 2, Davis/Projillo followed with another commanding win, taking down Graveiet/Paarsch 21-14, 21-9. One of the most exciting matches of the day came at No. 3, where Cavelo/Ting rallied after dropping the first set to defeat Brown/Lucido 18-21, 21-18, 15-8 in a thrilling three-set battle. Siskiyous earned their lone point at No. 4, as Brooks/Smith edged Mass/Ierome in a tight three-set match, 21-15, 9-21, 15-11. Solano sealed the team victory at No. 5, where Lovell/Caliboso earned a straight-set win over Hansen/Rowe, 21-15, 21-15.

At No. 3, Calvelo/Ting battled through a three-set match, rebounding from a first-set loss to defeat Burawski/Elam 15-21, 21-16, 15-11. Solano clinched the team victory at No. 4, where Mass/Ierome outlasted Rickert/Mason in a thrilling contest, 25-23, 20-22, 16-14. The sweep was completed at No. 5 as Lovell/Caliboso earned the point by forfeit after Shasta was unable to field a pair.
