Ukiah, Calif. - Sophomore Isabel Olmedo scored two early goals to pace the Falcons to a 4-2 win over Mendocino on Tuesday afternoon.
Sophomore Grace Lee added a goal and assist on Olmedo's second goal, while freshman Lindsey Cole earned the go-ahead score in the 59th minute off a feed from sophomore Brooke Molina.
In the goal, sophomore Kirstyn Gotschall counted three saves in the complete match effort.
Solano (7-5-2, 6-1) returns home to host Los Medanos next on Friday, Oct. 25 at 4 p.m.
